A low maintenance hardy plant the name comes from the abbreviation of cataratarum. They lend a tropical feel to any room they grace, they fill space with an abundance of lush leaves. Native to Mexico, this species can be grown in the understory of other plants outdoors, but is most commonly used as an easy care houseplant. Arrange amongst broader leaved houseplants for a stylish display. It is completely safe for animals.
