Consumer
Statutory cancellation right For non-perishable items (e.g. equipment or merchandise), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for details.
Coffee and perishable goods Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on coffee or consumable items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have the right to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To raise a claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to raise a claim Email us at hello@crazygoat.co with the subject line "Damaged Order – [your order number]". Please include a description of the issue, photographic evidence of the damage or fault, and your order number and delivery address. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be processed.
Commercial
Returns We do not accept returns on commercial orders. All sales are final unless goods arrive damaged or materially defective.
Damaged or defective goods If goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery. Replacements are offered at our discretion.
How to raise a claim Email hello@crazygoat.co with the subject line "Commercial Claim – [your account name]". Please include a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Claims without supporting documentation will not be accepted.
